Tennis Fit's Journal, 01 February 2019

I cut down on my carbs but cheated a few times in 4 weeks, exercised mostly 3x week, however my tennis was less due to weather
107.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
