I am starting my diet today. i went through alot of ajustments this summer, between cooking for my kids and making snacks for everyone.amh grocery bill isn't as large as before, yet I still pidk at night.
Now, Octobern 9, 2012 I'm getting serious about weight and the impact it has on my other denial, diabetes1 I know I need to be more deligent in the care of my body, so nows the tim.
