I am starting my diet today. i went through alot of ajustments this summer, between cooking for my kids and making snacks for everyone.amh grocery bill isn't as large as before, yet I still pidk at night.
Now, Octobern 9, 2012 I'm getting serious about weight and the impact it has on my other denial, diabetes1 I know I need to be more deligent in the care of my body, so nows the tim.

I decided to weigh in again and was pleasently surprised to find two more pounds taken off. I feel more in control of my eating now that life has calmed dow in the household and I can grocery shop for me. Stress still takes it toll at work and yesterday I wanted and bought some frozen yogart. Looking forward to getting below 200.

Following life changes well, except excercise, too hot and not gym membership. Too much pain in hip to walk right now or even run steps in house, but hoping by loosing a few more pounds and a little change in the weather I'll be able to walk a little after work. Happy with weight lose considering I did have a pound of fudge to myself last weekend from the fair. Sugar levels are holding well also.

I went grocery shopping and actually bought items with ME in mind. It was one of my most favorite shopping trip ever. Since it was the first day of school and I didn't get there until 7 p.m. I didn't even encounter anoying kids. I could concentrate on life changing foods, read labels, look for sales etc. Today starts off with a favorite: yogart and granola, tea and fruit.
