The reason I lost weight was that I woke up with a blood pressure of 179/120 as I had forgotten to take my meds the night before. I felt so badly that I didn't eat as usual. Had a can of chicken noodle soup for dinner as I still felt poorly. Got my b.p. down today and feel better. At least I lost weight in the situation. Now, if I can just keep from regaining the pound I lost yesterday!
154.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
