Day 30: Breaking into a new work routine, so I'm working towards balance - or as I said one of my earlier posts - wholeness.

I am becoming increasingly aware that I need to (1) actually take my lunch break and eat away from my desk (2) drink more water and (3) leave work at on time. If I practice those things, self-care will come easier, along with my quality of life.
174.3 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
