What the hell??!!! OK, starting today, back to weighing my food & eating by the plan. THIS IS STUPID, WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME!!!!!!?
194.4 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 64.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
