Finished yesterday with just over 1500 calories with the macro split at 55% protein, 25% carbs, and 20% fat. Only managed to get cardio in for exercise yesterday. Hopefully today I finish in the same calorie range and manage to work in some good strength training plus my cardio.
200.7 lb Lost so far: 33.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
