been using another program myfitnesspal and I'm on track to accomplish all weight loss by Oct 31 2012. I have a surprise friend seeing me on the 29th that will appreciate my efforts! 215 now.. 15 to go.. 3 weeks to do it.. if I"m off a few pounds no biggie.. Goals accomplished:
July 2012 7 lbs lost August 11 lbs September 17!
