202 days away! But I’m back ready for a new start , Best thing I’ve done is eat smaller and that’s been fantastic! I get so full from eating small meals now it’s really cool, would recommend this as a start for anyone struggling.
I eat healthy microwave meals and it’s been my last option but probably the best decision I’ve made on this journey, still need to cut my sugars and junk so that’s being my main focus now, I need to find better options than turning to junk.
238.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 105.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
