Thanks for support with my health issues. Have to get my weight to a healthy number & that will help me beating the big C. My attitude is positive & I can be a strong woman. And of course I always believed this is in God's hands 🙏. Staying on my healthy eating plan. Have to force myself to exercise as not feeling that good. But as recovering addict it's day by day. Good luck 👍 everyone.
198.8 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 53.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
