1540 kcal Fat: 46.54g | Prot: 120.43g | Carb: 165.00g.   Breakfast: Walnuts, non dairy creamer, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cream (Half & Half), protein powder, Instant Oatmeal - Regular. Lunch: LUNA BAR, baked chicken breast, black beans, Peeled Baby-cut Carrots, Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing, Cherry Tomatoes, Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner: Light 'n Healthy Orange Juice, Black Bean with Pork Soup (with Equal Volume Water, Canned). Snacks/Other: EAS protein shake, 0% Fat Greek Yogurt - Strawberry, Roasted Vegetables Hummus, red peppers, part skim cheese stick, strawberries. more...
