Day 20: Recovered my 1.3 lb loss. I attribute it to working out yesterday evening and only having a Shakeology for dinner. I needed to offset brunch damage. Way too many carbs yesterday.

Taking it easy today, and braving The Cheesecake Factory later this evening! Good thing I'm not hungry at all.
176.3 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
