Now that it is a new year and already mid January, celebrations and visitors atill here wanting to meet for breakfasta, brunches, lunches and dinners oh my! Meeting with a nutritionist and doctor to go over my blood work to ger a baseline of my overall health. I'm in ok health but creeping towards danger zone where medication will be needed. A wake up call so now Im motivated to make life changes. Slow and steady is my near mantra. i tend to want to see results right away and then when i dont i get discourage. Cant have that happen! I know there' ll be backslides, plateaus and hoping lots of progresses but no matter I am determined to make changes and keep working toward my goal!
222.5 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 55.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
