my weight at the moment is jumping between 58kg and 60kg....happy with that, just trying to get rid of the flab...but, ready to start this challenge....good luck all...
129.6 lb Lost so far: 40.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
