Things at work continue to be insane and I sometimes feel like I am at the verge of completely breaking down. I am having to work nights and weekends just to feel like I am caught up. Not good (nor healthy).

Of course, that means that my workout time is limited as a consequence. Last week, I excercised at a normal level for only two days. Three days were only at half the intensity while the remaining two days of the week were total 'no-exercise' days. Finally, as you will see from my food diary, I ate beyond my allotted RDI almost every day of the week.

Making matters worse is a very strong possibility that I will be going through a pretty significant change soon. This will, unfortunately, put even more stress on my life, making things all the more difficult to maintain balance.

I continue to keep the faith and will try my best to remain strong. It's just not easy though right now.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
