Steady Eddie this week. Thought I did okay this week. I thing the lack of weights at the gym, do to a sore shoulder, may be a contributor. Better than a gain. I'll take it.

240.0 lb Lost so far: 84.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
