Had a really good eating day yesterday...well, except for the beer. I had a Killian's at the end of the day and a piece of cheesecake with it. That was very good so it put me over the 2,400 mark by a good 300 calories. That was too bad, but it tasted damn good. Anyway, I took the day off from the exercise and even had a fairly light TKD class. It was nice to have a break in the action, although I did feel a bit lathargic toward the end of the day.
261.4 lb Lost so far: 33.6 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
