Still bouncing around. I weigh about 5 pounds less than I did last Christmas but fit into clothes that I could not wear then. Pleased with the reshaping and addition of muscle but would still like to be at 225. Keep working
237.0 lb Lost so far: 58.3 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
