Wooooo!

I basically forced myself through my run this morning. I have a pulled hamstring that's super tight, and I wanted really badly to say 'injury means rest day!' but I didn't. We'll see if that was a good idea tomorrow, or if I'm just more injured. I think I will skip the biking today, though. We'll see.
