still the same...better than up though!! I just got a family membership at the YMCA, I do believe this will start to move things along. As for Atkins, I did get the book, & it is not something I will stick to as a way of life, I truly enjoy carbs, & want to enjoy them always, & I do fully believe I will hit my goal & maintain it w/o cutting carbs, just watching calories. I am watching Lotus's chart, wow! & she eats carbs!! Anyway, good luck to everybody, carblovers & noncarblovers!!

118.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think you will really enjoyo the Y. I go there too and have really liked all it has to offer at a good price. I can't wait to get back there- prob. after next week again after I am done training. I hope you can find a workout buddy. I have one and it has been just the thing I needed to keep me committed! Glad to hear your eating plan too. It sounds balanced and should work out fine for you.
