Still bouncing around between 233 and 236. Maybe I am eating too much protein but I seldom cheat and seldom exceed 2000 calories which is below my maintenance level. When I do my heavy weight workouts I usually gain 1-2 pounds for the next days weigh in. I am fine with this for a while but want to drop 10 and get down to 225 by summer
235.6 lb Lost so far: 59.7 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
