I figured out why I was retained water this week. It's so obvious that I was kicking myself when I realized it. 😅 Anyhow, now that the week is over I should be back to normal. 😏
358.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
