woke up real early need to wii make some bars want more flavor thou need to clean up and kitty litter two days with good carbs and good stuff and one day eating bad carbs i wonder if i had a computer i would spend the three bucks just to see in a way last nite i told dom about the way he treats me hopefully he will think about it i am getting stronger and if things do not change i can see myself going wow cant believe myself soMetimes it only took two years to tell him about the above mentioned lol
128.3 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
