MJ's mom's Journal, 19 May 2008

Been maintaining my weightloss really well. Havent really been to the centre at all in the last 2 months. Ive totally stopped writing everything down. My goals now are to just learn to watch portion size and NEVER drink my calories. Its actually been working well. I still drink tea and coffee and deit pop once in awhile but I never have fancy coffees, full calorie pop, juice or booze. Not drinking calories has allowed me to eat pretty much everything I want. My portions are much better then before. Im pretty exhausted from work and havent had much time to work out at all. No running anymore for me. Its really tough with working so much. I think the stress of life is also helping me keep the weight off. Im looking forward to a summer where I can wear cute clothes for once. :)
124.4 lb Lost so far: 45.6 lb.    Still to go: 124.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
