wow this is the slowest my weight has ever dropped. I have mild ketosis and am sucking back water like there is no tomorrow. normally I at least lose water weight of about 3-4 lbs in the first few days but not this time. 7more lbs feels like it could be forever !!!!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
