Day 10: Looks like my theory on yesterday’s increase had some truth to it. It's good to see I've reclaimed that .8 loss. Muscles are starting to respond to all the workouts I’ve been doing. Love seeing these little changes in my physique. Stronger 💪 everyday!
176.5 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
