im workin out twice a day and eating well but still not the results i want on the scale.
176.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Give it some time. It looks to me like you're losing weight at a healthy rate, so it'll be just a little longer. :)

Sometimes the scale is not our friend. Are your clothes fitting better? Measuring inches is sometimes a nicer checkpoint.
