Ate more protein yesterday than I think I have in months previously. Lost a hair of weight that I think is trivial in the grand scheme. Scale says my body fat is the same since I started, which I can't say I totally believe. I think I need a better way to measure it.
163.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
