been a week and only down 1.5lbs which is slow for me. Still not in ketosis.
fingers crossed tomorrow will be the day/
heading out for a run after 4km hike with doggo
146.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
