Up a few pounds, I think due to muscle growth and not fat growth. My trousers feel like the fit the same and I have been concentrating on my weak back, shoulder, and arms. Shirts still fit well, but they are stretch Hagar's.
237.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 37.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
