This morning's weigh-in had a .2 gain. I'm still not concerned in the least. I had great numbers yesterday (1447 calories, 18% carbs) as well as a great hiking session. I didn't drink much water yesterday though, and I had miso soup last night for dinner. I think the salt content is a factor, regardless, I am happy with my progress and ability to infuse new habits into my life. New ways yield change and an upgraded me!

Got two great workouts in today from 21 Day Fix: Total Body Cardio Fix and Pilates Fix. Each workout is 30 minutes, and I did them right in my garage. Between the two routines I burned 418 calories, got in some great resistance training, and a good sweat.
176.5 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
