This morning's weigh-in had a .3 increase. Yesterday I did ingest over 2100 calories though, with carbs accounting for 23% of the intake, so I was slightly higher than I wanted to be on both accounts. Got a great workout in last night though - spin, with over 50 minutes in the burn zone 🔥!

Today's meals & snack I've managed to keep at about 15 gr each, I have one more meal left for the day and am motivated to stay on track!

Enjoyed a great "easy" hike on this beautiful Sunday. Logged 5.45 miles in about an hour and forty five minutes while listening to Nick Broadhurst and Enya 🎵. Feeling thankful 🙏 Heard this verse at church today, and it sure rings true
