Yikes! My eating transgressions have finally caught up with me big time. This weekend and the last half of the week - special dinners for sending daughter off to college, being too busy to make it to the gym at all last week and just being stressed enough to revert back to some bad habits. Well, today marks the start of my new life as an empty nester and getting my act back together. No excuses not to able to do anything I want to when I want to. I was determined to not get back up to 140 but I'm cutting it awfully close. Time to get very serious!
139.7 lb Lost so far: 20.3 lb.    Still to go: 29.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
