Evidently my weight loss has slowed for the time. I don't log a lot of the chore exercise I get, but I think I do quite a bit. I've been eating pretty good for the most part, been having cottage cheese for part of my breakfast just about every day. Only minimal weight loss though
178.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
