I've been doing this water fast since January 1. Prior to that I did intermittent fasting, skipping the evening meals. I'm on day 5 of the water fast.
122.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I'm feeling great actually. This is more boring than anything. I'm cooking great meals for my husband just to handle food. I plan on going 7 days. I highly recommend "The Complete Guide to Fasting" and The Science of Fasting on Amazon Prime and Youtube. I have given away about 15 books because it's such fantastic information.
