This week has been odd and manic. Eldest son off to University (very strange feeling), husband's birthday, attending wedding reception...all in all a lot of drinking - 3 days on the trot. You know what they say - Alcohol is empty calories. Not surprisingly (and sadly) weight gone up!! I am very disappointed. Lets see if I can stick to my stop days today and tomorrow and then, this week restrict my empty calorie intake!!
160.9 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
