Ackk. clearly I cannot do "Lazy Keto". Went away for the week and didn't log. I was eating good whole foods and with one known exception (a small slice of pumpkin bread) no flour, no sugar. However, I just ate too darn much. And with two days of car travel, came home to a 4 pound gain. So today back to it...only eating when hungry and only till I'm full. Yikes! I worked too hard to derail now!!

243.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Maybe it is some water weight from the travel? Anyways I am sure you will be back to normal again. Holidays are hard
