although i have lost....my meal choices during this festive season have been wrong...starting my Leslie Sansome walking challenge on the 2nd, so it is all guns going for a healthy new toned me...thanks FS for a great site to record our food journals and chat to other dieters/health fanatics..
129.6 lb Lost so far: 40.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
