Weight seems, oddly stable. I'm consuming more calories and protein than I normally do but I feel good about how I'm going about it and I'm looking better about it. Pants are looser and my chest is looking better daily. Come on Month 2. Let's rock!
162.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
