Yesterday was a lift day. I ate "Poorly" at 116% of goal, met my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up .8% and is out of range. No worries for now. I'm mentally prepared for work after the holidays. Until then, I'm committed to logging the G,B,T and U.(Good, Bad, Tasty and Ugly)
158.1 lb Lost so far: 26.9 lb.    Still to go: 3.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
