all the social interaction of my husband's family revolves around food .. I want this to be over soon , want to design my own food , my own ways , my own time .. I wish I could avoid the whole eating thing
116.8 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just keep in mind that just because the food is there doesn’t mean you are forced to eat it.. Eat what YOU feel is right for yourself and unfortunately they will do the same.

is not easy .. they don't even ask me if I want more they just put it in my plate and If I tried to say no they take it like a personal offense , it's kind of complicated but you are right.. just cause is there at least I can control what I put on my dish .. strong!! 💪

So they put it on your plate— either put a stop to that or JUST LEAVE IT ON YOUR PLATE. It is your life, your health— you cant tell me you will just sit there and say “oh well, they put it there so I am forced to eat it”. Bull shit. Gotta have a spine..
