When I first started this Diet Program (Dr. Yip) I weighed 185 lbs as of June 7th, 2012. So far so good!!!
159.0 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
