Definitely seeing definition in the my abdomen. Yesterday was the hardest day I've worked out by far. Went climbing and did Insanity both. Burned ~1100 calories in the period of an hour and a half. Shirts and pants are both fitting looser than they have in a while. WOO.
162.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
