I had an ok week. I feel a litte bad that I didn't have such a great number tonight. I really wish I was able to not give into my cravings so much. I did however have a great week of working out. My goal for this week is to stick to my eating and continue with my work out success. I still really want out of the 230's. I WILL DO IT!!! =)
231.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 66.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
