Christmas parties - too many!! I've avoided most really bad food and am keeping weight steady but not losing any!! Been doing a few bike rides but also too much vino and stuff. Will have to concentrate on a few weeks diet in the New Year I guess... Stop drinking at all for a few weeks to lose weight and cycle lots combined with a high protein and veggie diet. Perhaps focus the thoughts on that in the New Year as a resolution: try 2 weeks of strict diet in January maybe. Then 2 weeks more in February.
