This sucks! I'm back up to 137... I would like to break the upper 130's!
137.0 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1558 kcal Fat: 38.50g | Prot: 88.31g | Carb: 227.40g.   Breakfast: Bananas, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) , Go Lean Crunch! - Honey Almond Flax. Lunch: Light Ranch Dressing, Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Breast with Skin (Skin/Coating Not Eaten), Classic Caesar Croutons, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Complete Mix - Buttermilk Biscuits, Velveeta Shells & Cheese with 2% Milk. Dinner: Lamb Loin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat, Choice Grade) , Whole Wheat Pita Bread, Red Onions, Red Bell Pepper, Tomatoes, Oikos Greek Yogurt. Snacks/Other: Creamy Vanilla Frostings, Watermelon, Complete Mix - Buttermilk Biscuits, Strawberries, Cool Whip Whipped Topping Lite, TLC Tasty Little Cereal Bars - Baked Apple Spice, Oikos Greek Yogurt. more...
