Lost a couple of pounds without exercising. Going to back to the gym this week.
Went back to the gym this morning and man do I feel great. Got lots of energy this morning. I hope that I don't crash tonight and can make it tomorrow morning.
Scale at the gym showed that I weighed 332 this morning. Scale at home is 13lbs higher than this scale. Gotta keep that in the back of my mind.
