I have been working out off and on all year and have seen some results. I learned to like running until the weather started changing. I have recently started to lift weights at work but need to find a way to add cardio exercise. Feeling a bit confused since when I was working out a lot I maintained a certain weight and since I have not been exercising much I still maintain the same weight. That makes wanting to workout feel like I'm wasting my time.
