I still haven't fully gotten back into the groove of things since I got back from vacation. Work has been crazy busy and I've been travelling every week. That means my ability to eat healthy and exercise regularly has been less than ideal. Unfortunately, this is how it's going to be for me through November so I'm a bit scared on how all this is ultimately going to impact my weight loss journey.
For now, the best I can do is try. I just hope I don't slip back too much.
