Needed some comfort food (i.e., curry, rice, and naan) to get through last night (it was really late, so listed it as this morning's breakfast, since I had the leftovers once I woke up this morning as well. Super happy with weigh in, but this was also before eating dinner, whereas the last time I weighed in, it was after, so it made sense for it to be lower. Meant to work out really hard to make up for my Indian food outing, but it wasn't enough to keep me in the green. Between that and the fact that Panera was out of the Chicken Noodle Soup by the time I got there, so I ended up eating a 230 calorie salad instead of an 80 calorie cup of soup to go with my half of a sandwich, I really couldn't avoid going over RDI for today. Tomorrow will be a better day, calorically!
153.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
